How to Use PDF to CSV Page by Page

The PDF to CSV Page by Page feature is designed for extracting data from complex PDF documents, such as bank statements, credit card statements, invoices, and receipts. This tool allows you to review and manage the extracted data for each page individually, ensuring you get exactly the information you need.

This feature is particularly useful for handling complex files where precise data extraction is crucial.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Upload Your PDF: Drag and drop your PDF file into the designated area. A preview of the document will appear, allowing you to see the file you have uploaded.
  2. Select Pages to Process: Choose the specific pages you want to convert. You have three options:
    • All Pages: Process the entire document.
    • Page Range: Specify a range of pages (e.g., from page 3 to 10).
    • Custom Pages: Select individual, non-sequential pages.
  3. Start Processing: Click the Start Processing button. The system will begin extracting the information from your selected pages.
  4. Review and Edit: Once processing is complete, you can review the extracted data and transactions for each page. If the information isn't quite right, you have the option to retry the extraction for a specific page.
  5. Confirm and Download: If you are satisfied with the extracted data, click Confirm. You will then be able to download your finalized information as a CSV spreadsheet.
