Use this page when you need to inspect staff time, run a live timer, add a manual timecard, or change the timecard period/status filters.
1. Open Timecards
Click Timecards in the left sidebar. The page shows the timer controls, filter controls, charts, and timecard table.

2. Run The Timer
Click Start to begin tracking. After the timer starts, use Adjust, Pause, or Stop. Stop posts the elapsed time as a timecard entry.

3. Adjust Timer Time
Open Adjust when the running timer needs a quick correction. Use -15m or +15m for quick changes, or enter a custom amount such as 15m, 1h, or 1:30.

4. Add Manual Time
Use Add Timecard when the time was not tracked live. Fill the work date, duration, activity code, billable status, and note before posting.

Empty Or Missing Entries
If the table is empty, first change the period/status filters. If the entry still does not exist, create it with Add Timecard or run the timer and press Stop when finished.
