Manage The Clients List

Use this page to operate the firm-level Clients list without guessing which control does what.

Scan Clients

Start from Clients in the left sidebar. Use the table to compare pending transactions, tasks, data freshness, integrations, and assignments.

Search, Filter, And Choose Columns

Use Search for a known client. Use Status, Filters, and Columns when you need a smaller working list.

Work On Selected Clients

Select one or more clients first. The selected-row bar lets you email clients, add tasks, assign members, open more actions, or clear the selection.

Send A Bulk Client Email

Click Email clients, edit the subject/body, use variables if needed, and check the live preview before moving to recipients.

Then review recipients. A client must have a valid email before Wesley can send.

Update Industry In Bulk

Open the more-actions menu, choose Update Industry, enter the new industry, verify the preview, then apply.

Check Before You Leave

The list should show the right columns and the selected clients should have the intended task, email, assignment, or industry update queued or saved.
