Use this page when team access or firm membership needs to change.
1. Open Members
Go to Settings then Members. Review internal members, extended members, roles, default access, and the Manage action for individual users.

2. Invite A Member
Click Invite member. Choose the member type, role, default client access, enter the email address, then send the invite.

3. Manage Existing Access
Use Manage on a member row when you need to change role, membership type, client access, or remove access.
Check Before You Leave
The person should have the minimum role and client access needed for the work. Extended members should not receive broad internal access unless that is intentional.
