Manage Firm Members And Email Automations

Use this guide when firm access and automation settings need administrative review.

1. Review Firm Members

Open Settings then Members. Use this screen to confirm who has internal or extended access, and use Manage for user-specific changes.

2. Invite Users

Click Invite member when someone needs access. Choose the right member type, role, default client access, and email address before sending.

3. Manage Email Automations

Open Settings then Automations to sync Gmail, disconnect the shared inbox, edit email templates, preview messages, insert variables, save changes, or reset the template.

Check Before You Leave

Members and automations should match firm policy and client communication expectations. Do not leave a member with broader access than their actual job requires.
